Genesis and the Forgotten Garden

Published on June 4, 2026 at 4:59 PM

What's it about?

Behind a hidden door in the roots of Elder Wren's oldest oak, Genesis discovers a walled garden that hasn't bloomed in years. It belonged to her grandmother, Lyra — a unicorn with the same crooked horn and the same spiral magic.

But no matter how hard Genesis tries, the flowers won't open. Until the ancient, lichen-covered tortoise called Cobble says something she has never heard before:

"Your grandmother never pushed. She listened first."

A story about listening, roots, and the magic that gets passed down from those who loved us — even those we never got to meet.
